Chinuk Collaborative provides research, consulting, and liaison services to First Nations communities, their partners, and other stakeholders. We facilitate collaborative partnerships, placing high value on Indigenous rights to self-representation and self-determination.

Kelda Larsen, M.A.

Principal and Co-Founder

Kelda holds a Master's in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Victoria, and has applied experience conducting collaborative community-based research projects with First Nations, federal and provincial agencies, and other stakeholders. A former sea kayak guide with a BA in Outdoor Tourism, she brings 20 years of tourism industry experience to Chinuk Collaborative.

Chris Blackstone

Principal and Co-Founder

Chris is Metis of Dene descent, and grew up in Prince Rupert, BC. He has extensive knowledge of small business operations, and is currently managing an international franchise corporation with over 100 locations.
